Young Adults: Ages 19-25
Our family system and experiential approach support young adults (ages 19-25) in building independence while maintaining strong family connections. Through a collaborative approach, our individual coach works with the young adult to navigate this stage of independence, responsibility, and self-discovery, while our parent coach helps families foster healthy communication and set appropriate boundaries. Together, we guide families through this transition, ensuring both greater responsibility and autonomy.
