What Our Coaches Are Saying

“Wonder is a uniquely flexible and collaborative organization that finds ways to have all team members feel included and part of something bigger, without a shared office or even proximity to others. That’s quite a feat! Every colleague I’ve worked with is welcoming, supportive, helpful, and encouraging. It is a special place!”

“I can’t say enough kind things about Wonder and all the people working here. Everyone is kind and management truly cares about each of their employees. Work/life balance is amazing. You get tons of support while still having the ability to be independent and grow. My favorite job so far.”

“I love working at Wonder! Everyone on the team is incredibly supportive and cares deeply about the clients and their families. We have weekly meetings to share ideas about how to best meet the needs of the people we are working with and to also share resources and just general support for one another. I feel very grateful to work with the clients that come to Wonder for support.”
