Teens: Ages 12-18
Utilizing our family system and experiential approach, we support adolescents (ages 12-18) in navigating independence, identity development, and social challenges. Through a collaborative approach, our individual coach works alongside our parent coach to foster open communication, strengthen family relationships, and provide the structure and guidance needed during this critical stage of growth.

When Wonder Makes Sense
When traditional talk therapy isn’t the right fit, has stagnated, there is lack of engagement, or needs real world application
When family engagement would be helpful to the process
When needing more intensive services
After or during intensive outpatient programming (IOP)
Transitioning home from out of home placements (wilderness, therapeutic boarding schools, residential treatment centers, or hospitalizations)
“It was a complete and total shift away from how she previously viewed therapy. She saw [her therapist] as her friend and mentor, someone to be fully trusted, and not simply someone she was required to sit across from for 45 minutes every week.”
