Aaron (He/Him/His) is a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) with dual master’s degrees in Student Affairs Administration and Clinical Mental Health Counseling. With over eight years of experience guiding young adults and families through personal, educational, and professional development, Aaron’s career spans the fields of education, non-profits, and mental health. His work is grounded in intentional collaboration with youth and parents to foster healthy family dynamics and promote mutual understanding.

Aaron’s innate ability to listen, empathize, and create brave spaces drew him to this field. Whether serving as a confidant, companion, or coach, he finds deep fulfillment in supporting others’ healing and growth journeys. He specializes in Emotionally Focused Therapy, Strength-Based approaches, and Internal Family Systems, often integrating mindfulness and motivational interviewing techniques to provide practical and transformative support.

Throughout his career, Aaron has worked with diverse populations, ranging from high school students to middle-aged adults, including exchange students and business professionals. His enriched life and professional experience inform his approach, which centers on respecting lived experiences and understanding relational behaviors and patterns. Originally from Wisconsin, Aaron is an avid lover of the outdoors who enjoys hiking, road-tripping, and capturing the beauty of fall colors. A passionate music enthusiast and singer-songwriter, Aaron’s creativity extends beyond his work into his personal life. Having lived in over nine states for career and educational pursuits, he has now settled down to establish roots while continuing to inspire and support individuals and families on their journeys toward connection and well-being.
